South Bend’s 2023 Winter Open set for November 24

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Ice skating season is upon us, and South Bend Venues Parks & Arts is celebrating with the 2023 Winter Open, returning to Howard Park on Friday with a day of ice skating, sweet treats and activities for the whole family.
The event kicks off at 8 a.m. with Yoga on Ice, followed by doughnuts and hot chocolate, a live reindeer, cookie decorating and more. The day wraps up at 8 p.m. with fireworks.
