SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend announced, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday, it has adjusted the trash and yard waste pickup schedule.

The city's offices will also be closed on June 19.

On Thursday, there will be no trash or yard waste pickup.

Pickup services will be delayed by one day for Thursday routes.

The schedule for the week of Juneteenth is:

• Monday - Regular pickup
• Tuesday - Regular pickup
• Wednesday - Regular pickup
• Thursday, Juneteenth - no trash or yard waste pickup
• Friday - Pickup for Thursday routes
