The South Shore Line provided information and instructions on how to make sure your February monthly ticket, acquired by purchasing a January monthly ticket, is ready for use.

Through their "buy-one-get-one-free" promotion for January monthly tickets, the South Shore Line will be providing those riders with a free February monthly ticket.

It is suggested that riders receiving a free February monthly ticket should use the South Shore Line’s mobile application to have easy access.

On the application, users should select “More”, then select “Ticket Storage”, and then select the “Save to Device” icon next to the ticket.

Masks are still required by all passengers under a federal mandate through March 18.
