BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. -- Southeast Michigan is under siege from an invasive species-- the Spotted Lanternfly. In case you are unfamiliar with the winged pest, while they may be pretty, they are a nuisance and state officials are working hard to get rid of them.
Rob Miller, the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development's Invasive Species and Response Specialist, spoke about what the state is doing to mitigate the problem.
