St. Joseph County Police looking for non-compliant sex offender

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – The St. Joseph County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a non-compliant sex offender.

Terry Hobbs has an active arrest warrant for Elkhart County, police said.
