Stabbing reported on S. Michigan Street in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend Police are investigating reports of a stabbing in the 1700 block of S. Michigan.
The incident happened around 12:05 p.m. Thursday.
Police said the victim and another man were arguing when the victim was stabbed. Police said it appears the victim was the aggressor.
The person who stabbed the victim spoke with police. He was not arrested.
The case remains under investigation.
