State Fair's 'Steps for Evacuation' documents released

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.- There is new information in the regards to the state fair stage collapse.
New documents released Wednesday, detail the fairs steps for an evacuation. However, the 71-page emergency plan, does not show which specific situations would require an evacuation.An attorney who's working for some of the victims said, “It could have been prevented.”
He calls the preparedness plan "short-sighted". Fair officials released the documents.
