Street closure in South Bend for new guardrail and speed hump

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend city officials announced Lathrop Street from Portage Avenue to Johnson Street will close on Tuesday, Sept. 3 for the installation of a new guardrail and speed hump.
Officials expect the work to be done by Wednesday, Sept. 4, weather permitting.
