Study: Less sitting may lead to longer life

It looks like spending less time sitting down could help you live longer.

That's according to a new study in the British Medical Journal. Researchers say reducing your sitting time to less than three hours a day could tack on an extra two years to your life.

They say limiting TV time to two hours a day could add on more than a year, but their findings do not prove that being a couch potato will cause you to die younger.
