Summer's Spotlight: Preparing recipes for National Grilled Cheese day

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Happy National Grilled Cheese day!

To celebrate the ooey, gooey, cheesy holiday Summer's Spotlight went to the Ivy Tech South Bend/Elkhart campus to learn and cook with one of the best.

Chef Brent Spring has been with Ivy Tech as a culinary professional for almost 20 years.

Currently, he is the Hospitality Board Chair and teaches students pursuing marketing, business, and other hands on culinary careers.

Monday morning, Summer Horan tried several viewer responses/recipes live on air with the help of Chef Brent.

There were several recipes included and tried in the videos above.
