Temperatures are on the rise, again

The forecast improves through the weekend. The leaves that fell with Wednesday's wind can be cleaned up, with much calmer conditions through the weekend. Highs warm into the 60s, the mildest day is Saturday, nice weekend before a chance of rain Sunday night. At this point, the forecast is still dry for Trick-or-Treating, Monday.
