Third suspect charged in deadly shooting

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A third person has been charged in connection with a deadly shooting that happened on Warrick Street near Notre Dame's campus on October 23rd.


Nineteen-year-old De'Andre Moore was in court Wednesday charged with three counts including burglary, robbery and felony murder.


Another suspect, Mario McGrew has also been arrested in connection with the shooting that left 40-year-old Michael Jackson dead.
