Three facing charges for alleged theft of slot machine

Three men are facing burglary charges for allegedly stealing a slot machine from a home in Walkerton and attempting to pawn it, according to the probable cause affidavit.

On November 16, William Brady, Dakota Tucker and Cody Brady went to a pawn shop in Plymouth where they tried to pawn a slot machine, according to the probable cause affidavit.

The machine matched the description of a slot machine reported stolen from a home on Van Buren Street in Walkerton the day before, according to reports.

The victim told police the window to his garage was forced open and his slot machine was stolen.

Plymouth Police interviewed William, Cody, Dakota and a fourth suspect.

The Bradys admitted to being the lookouts while Dakota went inside the home and took the slot machine, according to the probable cause affidavit.

The Bradys told police a fourth person brought his truck and took the group and the slot machine to the pawn shop.

Tucker was arrested Wednesday and is being held at the St. Joseph County Jail on $2,000 bond.
