Tiger mauling victim remains in critical condition

CENTER POINT, Ind. — An employee at an exotic cat refuge remains in critical condition after she was mauled by a tiger.

The woman was cleaning the tiger's cage when she forgot to close the gate to keep the tiger out. Police say the attack lasted at least six minutes.

She suffered a fractured jaw and other injuries but it's believed she will survive.

The employee has been identified as 21-year old Marissa Dub. She graduated from Southern Illinois University last year with a degree in animal science.
