MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- The annual Michiana Mondo Show took place Sunday, Jan. 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Michiana Mondo Show is a local trade convention featuring Pokémon cards, Magic: The Gathering Cards, and other trading card games, along with pop culture merchandise.
The show, for the past three years, happens on the third Sunday of every month and attracts hundreds of patrons with 70 to 80 different vendors.
Greg Howard, promoter and showrunner of the Michiana Mondo Show, stated, " There really wasn't something that was specific for Pokémon in the area. And so, we decided that we're going to go ahead and start up a show and try to focus on like the Pokémon side of things. It's a free admission, so it's definitely family friendly and kid friendly."
