Traffic backed up after head-on collision on Capital Avenue

This morning there was a head on collision crash on Capital and Cleveland Road this morning just before 8:00 a.m.
Traffic is backed up pretty bad. ABC 57's Rosie Woods is on the scene of the accident now and she says police are trying to redirect traffic in the area.
