Trial for former Penn High janitor pushed back

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The trial for a former Penn High School janitor has been pushed back.

The defense has filed a motion to dismiss charges. As of right now there is no new trial date until the judge decides on how to address them.

Robert Troup is accused of hiding a video camera in a Penn High locker room. The 53-year-old is facing federal child porn charges.

Police say he hid the camera in the boys' swimming locker room in December of 2010. At least 43 students were identified in the videos.

Troup is being held without bond. If found guilty, he could face a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison.
