Cold and snowy, again
Tonight's storm threat has ended, light rain continues overnight, ending Wednesday morning.
Focus remains on an evening severe threat. Afternoon sunshine will help boost storm energy however the cold front is dragging its heels and may limit storm development until late this evening or past midnight. The later the arrival the less likely widespread severe weather will be due to limited storm energy.
The threat window will be 6 PM to Midnight, the main threat being straight line wind.
The forecast for Wednesday is much cooler, shower are possible early but skies clear and mild fall weather persists the rest of the week. The weekend has only one small hiccup in the forecast with a chance of showers late Saturday night into early Sunday morning. Another fall front will bring a chance of showers and storms early next week.
Tonight: Scattered evening storms, showers after midnight, low of 55.
Wednesday: AM shower possible, then gradual clearing skies, high of 65.
Thursday: Mostly sunny, high of 66.
Friday: Mostly sunny, high of 68.
