Two air-lifted to the hospital after a crash in Elkhart County

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. — Two men were airlifted to Memorial Hospital after a single-car crash late Tuesday night.
It happened on County Road 8 east of County 27 near Bristol just before midnight.
The Elkhart County Sheriff's Department says 21-year-old Tyler Croy was going west on CR 8 when he lost control of his car going over a hill. Croy's car went to the other side of the road. When he tried to correct he went back onto the north side where he hit a utility pole and went off the road.
Croy was airlifted to the hospital for serious serious injuries.
His passenger, 18-year-old Justin Croy was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
