MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- On Monday at 5:27 p.m., the Marshall County Sheriff's Department responded to a two-vehicle crash at 8A Road and Jarrah Road, resulting in injuries for both drivers.

Police on the scene determined that a 2013 Kia SUV was heading east on 8A Road, entering the intersection without noticing a 2008 Honda SUV driving south on Jarrah Road, resulting in the crash.

The Kia's 17-year-old driver was taken to Memorial Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, whereas the Honda's driver and passenger declined to take an ambulance for their injuries.
