SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Indiana Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday that two Michiana companies have become the finalists for the fifth annual Coolest Thing Made IN Indiana tournament.

The two companies, Elkhart Brass Manufacturing and Stone Horses, beat out 47 other Indiana companies and their products in the Hoosier Hysteria-style, single-elimination, online tournament to make it to the championship round.

Elkhart Brass Manufacturing entered its XD Glow-in-the-Dark Smooth Bore Nozzle, an essential piece of firefighting equipment. Stone Horses, the Shipshewana-based, fully made-in-America model horse company, entered its collectible model horse art.

The awards for the fifth annual top finishers will be presented at the Indiana Chamber's Best in Business Awards Luncheon on Monday, Jan. 26, at the Indiana Convention Center.
