ELKHART, Ind. -- On Sunday, Feb. 15, at approximately 11 a.m. a 2017 Honda Pilot was northbound on C.R. 21 at the intersection of C.R. 38 and ignored the traffic signal. 

A driver of a 2015 Nissan Altima was eastbound on C.R. 38 nearing C.R. 21 with a green light. 

Both vehicles collided in the intersection resulting in injuries to both drivers. 

The driver of the Honda Pilot was transported to the hospital for treatment. 

The driver of the Nissan Altima refused treatment at the scene. 

The Honda Pilot driver was cited for disregarding the traffic signal.
