Two wildfires break out in Northern California

LAKE COUNTY, Calif. -- Fire officials in California say they are batting two wildfires in Lake County in Northern California.

The fire grew to 5,000 acres in an area called Wye.

And that  fire currently threatens a 350 home community.

The second fire, Walker Fire, is smaller at about 400 acres. That fire is burning in a remote location.

Fire officials say the fires are spreading rapidly.
