US begin to admit airstrikes alone won't halt ISIS

Great Britain's Foreign Minister William Hague announced Monday ISIS cannot be defeated solely by airstrikes.

Hague says Iraqi ground forces would be crucial in eliminating the terror group.

After some varying opinions, US officials are starting to agree, saying ISIS is changing their tactics.

“ISIS is blending into parts of the disenfranchised Sunni population. An enemy adapts and they'll be harder to target. Yeah, they know how to maneuver and how to use populations and concealment,” says Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman General Martin Dempsey.

Turkey has agreed to help train moderate Syrian opposition forces to fight the ISIS militants.
