Valparaiso woman pleads guilty to child molestation

VALPARAISO, Ind. — A Valparaiso woman pleaded guilty to molesting a 2-year-old boy. She also admitted to sending pictures of the boy to her boyfriend.
Michiana News Channel reports that Tara Tyron, 23, could spend 10 years in prison if the judge accepts her plea deal. She would also have to register as a sex offender.
Tyron admitted that she began molesting a toddler while she was babysitting.
A jury convicted her boyfriend of child molestation and exploitation. He was sentenced to 54 years in prison.
