Walk-in Moderna clinic in Elkhart June 4

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – The Elkhart County Health Department is hosting a walk-in Moderna COVID-19 vaccine clinic this Friday at the Concord Event Center.
The clinic will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Event Center, 3719 S. Main St. in Elkhart.
No appointments are needed for this clinic.
You must be 18 years or older to get the Moderna vaccine. Please wear a mask at the clinic.
Spanish and English will be spoken at the clinic.
