Heavy rain, high winds, and hail are main severe concerns today
Today is the start of a warmup that will last through the week. Highs in the low 40s across Michiana under cloudy skies, a breeze from the southeast funneling in some warmer temperatures sustained around 10-15 mph through the day. Some very light rain chances are expected tonight, low impact due to the fact we won't get below freezing. Conditions continue to warm, highs in the mid 40s Tuesday and Wednesday, with a higher chance for more widespread showers Wednesday afternoon and through the overnight. Christmas Day brings the fifties to our area, as well as another rain chance overnight, likely lasting into Friday morning, with temps dropping into the weekend. Low snow chance Saturday night, highs get closer to average as the year comes to a close.
Today: Cloudy, warming, breezy. High 42.
Tonight: Slight rain chance, breezy. Low 36
Tuesday: Overcast, mild. High 46.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy, then PM showers. High 45.
