Thursday morning we were tracking widespread rain showers and thunderstorms throughout Michiana. Some of those storms were severe and caused smaller damage. The same can't be said for those in Wisconsin, as storms packed a little bit more of a punch. Severe storms and even a few tornadoes caused lots of damage for folks in central and southern Wisconsin. The majority of the damage did come from straight line winds, were gusts exceeded 70mph.
