Woman charged in deadly hit-and-run

VALPARAISO, Ind. — A Portage woman is facing charges in deadly hit-and-run.
Officers say Patricia Callahan struck and killed Ricky Kimble on I-94 last month.
His body was found along the interstate after the crash.
Callahan initially said she hit a deer and construction equipment.
But an autopsy showed Kimble's injuries were consistent with the damage to her car.
