It's Equal Pay Day, and many in Michiana are joining in.
From South Bend to Elkhart, women joined together to demand equal pay.
They picked April 4th because in 2017, today is the day that a woman's wage would catch up to what a man made in 2016.
Full-time working women make 79 cents on the dollar compared to what men earn, and for those out today at the YWCA of South Bend and Elkhart, that is unacceptable.
