Brokers: Interest developing in Chase Tower

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – ABC57 News has learned there's some real interest in South Bend's Chase Tower.
According to court documents, the real estate brokers say they're close to finalizing a deal. We also found out there's been a fair amount of interest in the city's tallest building.
They've already given several tours of the building. City Councilman Henry Davis Jr. tells ABC57 News an East Coast businessman could come to the rescue, but brokers have not confirmed that.
Thursday was the last day for investors to submit a bid for the Chase Tower.
