Cause of death and name revealed of 11-year-old girl found unconscious in Elkhart home

ELKHART, Ind. – The autopsy showed the 11-year-old, who died after being found unconscious in her Elkhart home on Saturday, died from natural causes.

The Elkhart County Coroner said toxicology results and microscopic analysis is pending, but the preliminary cause of death was natural causes.

Officials revealed the 11-year-old was Chloe Hobbs.

Officers arrived to the house before 8 a.m. and found her father doing CPR.

Hobbs was taken to Elkhart General Hospital, where she died.
