Charges still not filed in Fulton County woman's murder

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. -- Charges have not been filed in the murder of a Fulton County woman.
Police arrested 24-year-old Roy Bell Friday afternoon. 24-year-old Jason Miller, and 25-year-old William Scroggs were caught Wednesday.
All three men face murder, robbery, and burglary charges.
Police say they shot and killed 81-year-old Wilma Upsall in her Rochester home.
Police found her shot in the head on Tuesday.
