City of South Bend's 311 turns 10 this year

SOUTH BEND, Ind.- Since making its debut during the Buttigieg administration in 2013, the 311 team has responded to over 1.2 million calls from South Bend residents.

The Mueller administration expanded 311's services by creating a Spanish language option.

The 311 system continues to provide insightful data about the city's performance and residents' needs, which can now be communicated via the online service request system, also launched by the Mueller administration.

311 can help with resident programs by providing application intake services.

A dashboard of service requests coming in through 311 is available for residents.

To contact 311, dial "3-1-1" on your phone when within city limits, or call 574-233-0311 outside city limits.

The call center hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Services may also be accessed by visiting 311.southbendin.gov.
