The weather pattern turns colder. There's a chance of scattered snow showers for everyone Friday, but accumulation is minimal. Lake effect snow will be persistent and heavy at times across Northern Berrien County Friday night through Sunday morning, more than six inches is possible in a very localized area. Next week that pattern is cold but quiet until next Thursday. Models are still hinting at a storm plus lake effect combo. However, there's still a lack of consensus, which is typical seven days out. So, the message remains the same, plan for disruptive weather next Thursday and Friday and a very cold Christmas Weekend.
Tonight: Snow showers. Low 30.
Friday: Colder. Lake effect snow showers. High 32.
Saturday: Lake effect snow showers. High 30.
Sunday: Mostly to partly cloudy. High 28.
Monday: Mostly cloudy. High 32.
