Corndance Tavern gives you something to "sink" your teeth into

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- Tuesday night, Corndance Tavern in Mishawaka is serving up dishes that were given to the first-class Titanic passengers before it sank.

For months, the staff researched to develop the perfect menu.

The chef and owner, George Pesek, said that they settled on a six delictabe cources, including a rich dessert.

Pesek also said, “[We will be serving] poached peaches in a chartruess jelly with a chocolate eclair and a french vanilla icecream. That's the dessert course - allegedly this is supposed to be the most popular dessert on a ship back in those days.”

You may think that it’s odd, celebrating one of the most famous disasters in history, but Corndance said the message is to live each moment like it’s your last.
