Elkhart mayor to deliver first State of the City Address

Elkhart Mayor Tim Neese announced the date of his first State of the City Address.
His address will be held at the Lerner Theatre on March 23 at 6 p.m.
Residents and members of the community are encouraged to attend.
The mayor will discuss the successes of 2015 and the city's future.
