Family: woman missing out of Chicago originally from Elkhart

CHICAGO – The Chicago Police Department is searching for a woman her family says is originally from Elkhart.

Police are searching for 22-year-old Destiny Dillard, who is described as 5’4”, 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She has a red lip print tattoo on the side of her neck.

Dillard was last in the 100 block of East 118th Street wearing a navy-blue track jacket, white pants, and rainbow-colored gym shoes.

She may need medical attention and/or suffering from mental health issues.

Dillard is not familiar with the area where she was last seen but frequented a gas station in the 11600 block of South Michigan Avenue.

The last contact with Dillard was on May 1, police said.

She also goes by the nickname LaShay.
