Utility companies are reporting outages across the Michiana area Friday morning. A lot of those outages are caused from high winds that are hitting the area this morning. 

Outages as of 7 a.m. 

Michigan: 

Berrien County: 2,142

• Largest outage reported between Three Oaks, Galien and Buchanan. Almost 1,500 customers are without power. 

Cass County: 655

Indiana: 

La Porte County: 1,467

St. Joseph County: 2,108

• Largest outage reported in South Bend south of the South Bend International Airport to Sample Street. Over 700 customers are without power. 

Elkhart County: 1,148

• Largest outage being reported in Elkhart between West Lusher Avenue and East Mishawaka Road. 
• NIPSCO is reporting over 500 are without power in Bristol. 

Marshall County: 856

• Most of the outage is coming from Bremen, where NIPSCO is reporting 741 without power. 

Starke County: 53

Kosciusko County: 143
