Four found guilty of ballot forgery to be sentenced

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Four people who were found guilty of conspiring to forge signatures during the 2008 election will be sentenced Monday.

Butch Morgan and Dustin Blythe were found guilty in their forgery trial in April.

Pam Brunette and Beverly Shelton pleaded guilty.

The four conspired to forge documents to put democratic candidates on the ballot. They will all be in court and will be sentenced Monday.
