FSU campus buzzing about Notre Dame game

Saturday number 2 Florida State will take on Number 5 Notre Dame in Tallahassee. Even with the game two days away, crews are preparing the stadium and ESPN's Game Day is getting set up.

Saturday's matchup has been one of the most talked about games in college football this week. Both Florida State and Notre Dame are undefeated and want to keep it that way.

Florida State students are excited about the matchup.

"There's definitely a lot of energy on campus, a lot of things going on, students are on social media, hyped up about the game, ticket sales are intense, everyone is just really, really excited," said Haley Nahas, a sophomore at Florida State.

“The excitement is building up a lot you can see stuff on campus, Game Day is setting up early, you see a lot of people on campus, you see a lot of alumni coming in town and everything, everybody is getting ready for the game. It's going to be a big game Saturday," said Troy Richards, a senior at Florida State.

The last time the two teams met was in the 2011 Champs Sports Bowl.

The Seminoles won that match up 18-14.
