Governor Holcomb directs flags to half-staff for former Elkhart Mayor

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. - Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Elkhart County to honor and remember former Mayor of Elkhart, David Lee Miller.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, June 12.
Governor Holcomb also asks residents and businesses in Elkhart County to lower their flags to half-staff on Saturday.
