Hearing set for South Bend man accused of double murder

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – It’s back to court for a South Bend man accused of murder.
In November, a judge granted Brandon Biffle a third psychiatric evaluation. She found the first two to be inconclusive.
Biffle is accused of double murder. It happened on Olive Street back in August. Thursday he's expected in court for a hearing on his mental competency.
