Hundreds of jobs set to be created in Goshen

GOSHEN, Ind. – Manufacturing Company, Supreme Industries, Inc. plans to expand operations, creating up to 350 new jobs by 2015.

The full-line manufacturer of customized truck bodies plans to invest $7.71 million to expand on its 100 acre-campus in Elkhart County.

Supreme employs 630 associates in Goshen and more than 1,600 nationwide. Their corporate headquarters is located in Goshen. Supreme has manufacturing locations in five states. They plan to start hiring new manufacturing associates later this year.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered the company up to $1,500,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $67,500 in training grants based on the company's job creation plans. In 2011, Supreme reported revenues of $301 million.
