Illinois allowing online lotto ticket sales

ILLINOIS – Sunday Illinois is making a major change in the way you play the lotto.
You will be allowed to buy individual tickets online.
The head of the state's lotto says online sales could attract 1 million new players when MegaMillion payouts exceed $100 million.
At least 21 states and the District of Columbia are considering online lottery.
