SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Indiana State Police Sgt Ted Bohner has confirmed they're investigating a complaint alleging South Bend Common Council President Sharon McBride doesn't meet residency requirements for her elected position.
Many allegations have been made about McBride's primary residence over the last few months, and now, it appears the ISP will attempt to sort the matter out.
