John Edwards corruption trial set to resume

Court is scheduled to resume in the John Edwards corruption trial.

Prosecutors wrapped up their case Thursday. Monday the defense will start. Edwards faces six felony charges.

He's accused of conspiracy, making false statements and violating campaign contribution laws. He has pleaded not guilty.

Last week, the federal judge presiding over the trial turned down a motion to dismiss the charges. If convicted on all counts, Edwards could face up to 30 years behind bars.
