Judge suspends Hubbard's sentence for invasion of privacy

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend man has been given a suspended sentence for one count of invasion of privacy after violating a protective order in September 2020.

Wayne Hubbard pleaded guilty to one count of violating a protective order in March and was sentenced on May 19 to 12 months. The judge suspended the full sentence.

He will serve six months probation.

The no-contact order was vacated.
