The Food Bank of Northern Indiana is working to stamp out hunger. They're giving students backpacks full of food.
It's a part of the food bank's Backpack for Kids Program. It's designed for students grades K-6. Students who qualify are sent home from school with food for the weekend. One woman says she's grateful for the food bank and their programs.
