Marian girls basketball improved to 10-2 on the season with a 48-31 victory against John Glenn.
However, Friday was the second night in a row reserved for honoring some of the program's biggest contributors.
Marian honored its 1,000-point club during two games this week. The newest member is current senior Meghan Urbanski, who was announced individually before the game.
Thursday's boys game looked back on its three male members, including recent stars Demetrius Jackson (now in the NBA with the Houston Rockets) and Devin Cannady (playing with Princeton).
Friday's girls game recognized all five members of the club, and welcomed back 2013 graduate Katie Barnard, who said it was great to see the school inviting the players back.
"It's really exciting to get the invite. not only for me, but for the other girls too," she said. "For Marian to take the time to recognize us, especially spending four years here, I'm sure the other girls appreciated the invitation as well. It just shows that 'Once a Knight, Always a Knight' is a very true statement, to invite us back here and host us like this, so it was really awesome to get that."
